The Professional Pictures are in!

I am working on having the updated professional pictures added to the site. We also received the DVD from India and it has been so much fun to relive everything. Now that I have some of the pictues, I am going to work on posting some stories of the wedding:

Pre Wedding Preparations
Before the wedding, Kumar was pampered at home by all of the women of his family. They put tumeric on his body. Many of the traditions date back thousands of years.



Prayers were also done on the terrace under the Mandap that was created for the ceremonies at home.











There are so many traditional elements of the ceremony itself. I will try to put pictures and outline as many of them as I know about. I hope to post once a day from here out.
